Testimonials

"The moment I found Lakkari, I knew l had vision in my head for our new office, and her art was exactly what I had in mind. Lakkari was so professional, patient and talented throughout the whole process. Lakkari's attention to detail, and persistence through some covid challenges was just amazing - not to mention her creative flair. I am so happy with the end result, and every time I go into the office I have a huge smile on my  face."

Highlights

Nike

Nike hosted 26 First Nations youth, 12 international Nike athletes and 4 sneaker artists to their Nike Think Tank event for the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.

Lakkari pre-stencilled designs that were selected on the day by the athletes and young people. Chosen designs were then custom painted in real time onto an Air Force 1 by Lakkari.

Pinterest

Pinterest commissioned Lakkari to create a mural for their Australia and New Zealand HQ. The mural spans 6 metres long by 3 metres high and is the main feature of their entryway.

The artwork features symbols which celebrate creation, inspiration and positivity.

Gunimaa Collection

Gunimaa means Mother Earth in Gamilaroi Ularoi language.

Gunimaa is a mixed medium body of work, including original artwork on canvas, ceramics and photography.

The Gunimaa Collection is a visual representation of my experience with Gamilaroi Ularoi Country. Lakkari describes her art as the movement, essence and stories of Country, this collection is exactly that.
