Art Shipping
Art Paper and Canvas Prints
Please note that all prints are custom printed on demand. Once your order has been placed it will be printed specially for you. Allow up to 1 week* for your piece to be printed. Additionally, it will take up-to 1-2 business days for your item to be processed and shipped.
Oversized Artworks
If you have placed an order for an oversized artwork a shipping quote will be arranged prior to or after purchase. We ship via third parties and will be in contact with you to discuss shipping timeframes. Please email contact@lakkaripitt.com to arrange a quote. Pick up for oversized artworks can be arranged from and around Sydney, Newcastle or Central West NSW regions upon request.
Art Additional Information
All items are shipped express or standard parcel post via trusted couriers. If urgency is required and you are based on Gadigal Country (Sydney region) we can arrange pick up to eliminate shipping time, please email contact@lakkaripitt.com to enquire. All purchases are shipped with tracking numbers.

Jewellery Shipping
Jewellery Order Processing**
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note:

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

During collection launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and dispatched.
All Australian orders are shipped via a tracked postal service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is finalised. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location but typically range between 2–8 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Jewellery Responsibility & Risk
Goods remain the responsibility of the seller until they are delivered to the customer. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at contact@lakkaripitt.com so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Jewellery Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

We are unable to refund orders due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows a delay or your parcel appears lost:
