Shipping Policies
Art Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. All items are shipped express or standard parcel post via trusted couriers. If urgency is required and you are based in the Sydney region we can arrange pick up to eliminate shipping time, please email contact@lakkaripitt.com to enquire. All purchases are shipped with tracking numbers.
Art Paper and Canvas Prints Shipping
Please note that all prints are custom printed on demand. Once your order has been placed it will be printed specially for you. Allow up to 1 week* for your piece to be printed. Additionally, it will take up-to 1-2 business days for your item to be processed and shipped.
Oversized Artworks Shipping
If you have placed an order for an oversized artwork a shipping quote will be arranged prior to or after purchase. We ship via third parties and will be in contact with you to discuss shipping timeframes. Please email contact@lakkaripitt.com to arrange a quote. Pick up for oversized artworks can be arranged from and around Sydney, Newcastle or Central West NSW regions upon request.

Jewellery Shipping
Jewellery Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. During collection launches, sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and dispatched.
All orders are shipped via a tracked postal service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Jewellery Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. We are unable to refund orders due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Jewellery Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking shows a delay or your parcel appears lost please check the tracking link provided. Confirm your shipping address is correct. Contact us at contact@lakkaripitt.com if the parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe. If your item is deemed 'delivered' we are of the belief you have received your item. If you have not, please directly contact the courier first as they are best placed to track where your item has been delivered. Please email contact@lakkaripitt.com if you have any problems with items you have received.
Jewellery Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of both the packaging and the item.
Jewellery Pre-Orders
If purchasing a pre-order item an estimated dispatch date(s) will be clearly stated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
